Apostille/ Legalisation of documents

When applying for permits and visas abroad many countries require certain documents to be certified. For documents issued in Norway we can assist with apostille and legalisation. Permit applications submitted in Norway require that documents are either in Norwegian or English.  We can assist with translation services.

Apostille

  • Receive original document/certificate

  • Notarial certification (required if the document
    does not have an official recognised signature)

  • Collect Apostille from County Governor

  • Return of document/certificate

Legalisation of documents

  • Receive original document/certificate

  • Collect Notarial certification

  • Legalisation by the Norwegian MFA

  • Legalisation by the relevant foreign Embassy

  • Return of document/certificate

Translation

  • Receive and assess original document(s)

  • Arrange translation with a state authorised translator

  • Return of document(s)
